Home Cosmetics process orders from Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery may take up to 2-3 working days, please allow for this. We send all Irish orders using a DPD Next Day service. The shipping charge for standard delivery is €3.50.

Tracking your order - Once your order has been despatched, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email which can be used to track your parcel on www.dpd.ie/tracking.

Depot Finder - In the event that your order has been held at your local depot or you cannot locate your parcel despite the status being delivered, we advise that you contact the depot that last handled your parcel as they will be best placed to update you. You can do this by tracking your order and noting the name/number of the depot and then using the depot finder to find the contact details for the relevant depot: www.dpd.ie/About-DPD/DPD-Depot-Finder.
