Shipping & Delivery

Our normal delivery times are as follows:
Standard delivery - 2-3 days after placing order
Express delivery - 1-2 days after placing order
These times are based on the courier services we use. They may fluctuate based on any delays they may face.

Standard shipping costs €3.50, while Express Shipping costs €5.00.
Orders over €30 are eligible for free standard shipping. If your order meets this criteria, you will see the option for free shipping when selecting your shipping during checkout.

At the moment, we only ship to the UK and Ireland. We hope to broaden our shipping destinations in the near future.

Yes. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services so when you order you should receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your order.

If you ordered through Royal Mail, we advise you to download the Royal Mail app. You can track, manage, or rearrange your delivery if you aren't going to be home to receive it.

If your order is showing as delivered and you can't locate it, check with your neighbours, or any safe places it could have been left.
If you track your parcel using the tracking number in the shipping email, you should be able to see if the parcel was left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If you still can't locate it, get in touch with us by emailing info@homecosmetics.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, and allow payments through Klarna. We also offer express checkout with Apple/Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal Express Checkout.

Yes, we now offer a buy now, pay later feature through Klarna.

All orders include a hard copy of the VAT invoice alongside your products.
Ordering

We advise ensuring your order is correct before placing it, as it may not be possible to amend your order before it is despatched.

Please note, Home Cosmetics is not liable for undelivered orders where an incorrect or incomplete address has been used.

Promotional codes can be applied at checkout. Please ensure the code is added to the correct field. You should see the discount applied in the checkout before proceeding with the order.

Orders are despatched within 1-2 working days. When the order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to keep tabs on your order. Please check your junk mail and any other spam folders as the email may land in there.
