We process orders between 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We send all Irish orders using a DPD Next Day service. The shipping charge for standard delivery is €3.50.

DPD Overnight - Parcels using DPD are sent using a trackable overnight service. Generally delivery times are within 2-3 days of despatch however these are subject to any delays that DPD may be facing.

Tracking your order - Once your order has been despatched, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email which can be used to track your parcel on www.dpd.ie/tracking.

Depot Finder - In the event that your order has been held at your local depot or you cannot locate your parcel despite the status being delivered, we advise that you contact the depot that last handled your parcel as they will be best placed to update you. You can do this by tracking your order and noting the name/number of the depot and then using the depot finder to find the contact details for the relevant depot: www.dpd.ie/About-DPD/DPD-Depot-Finder.

It is important to note that our couriers are separate from us and when we despatch the parcel from our warehouse it is no longer under our control. While we always do our best to support our couriers and customers, issues arising between despatch and delivery are beyond our control and usually require additional time to resolve.
